The new version of the Paraty Tech booking engine is now available. The latest version of the Paraty Hotel Manager has been designed to meet the needs of hoteliers and to keep up with the recent changes in the tourism market.
In this regard, Gina Matheis, CEO of the company, points out that “the main objective of Paraty Tech has always been to increase direct sales through the official website of the hotels, minimising the dependence on the channel. That is why we have introduced numerous updates to our engine, aimed at improving the user’s booking experience.”
In light of this, Paraty Hotel Manager becomes one of the most complete tools on the market right now. Three significant qualities: design, simplicity, and efficiency were all combined during its development.

First of all, Arjona highlights the development of a new widget that has a section called “Flexible Search”.
“This is something very common in the airline industry. We believe that it can be very helpful for those users who are flexible on their travel dates and who are looking for the cheapest combination of dates,” says the revenue manager.

THE “CUSTOMISABLE” ENGINE
Secondly, Pablo highlights the option of customising the booking engine graphically, adjusting perfectly to the needs of the hotel.
“This way, it will take just a few minutes to do the following: choose among various transitions, colours and animations while the prices are being loaded; automatically highlight the best available rate; set animated floating banners such as “X people are looking at this hotel”; customise a text for each rate; include the % discount; ensure that the offers are more prominent; and dynamically add incentives and supplements,” explains the revenue manager.
Additionally, Arjona points out that “another new feature offered by this version will be the option of setting a rate to appear in the new tab that we have designed called “Packages”, saving the “Rooms“ tab only for the most requested rates such as non-refundable, flexible, free cancellation, etc.
Moreover, it comes with the option of linking these packages individually in order to access them directly from the “Offers” or “Packages” section of the website”.
THE ENGINE THAT HELPS YOU TO CROSS-SELL
Lastly, Pablo talks about another new feature of the Paraty Hotel Manager. “The introduction of the Additional Services on the website offers a much more attractive and compact format, drawing special attention to the images and descriptions. As a result, the booking process becomes as visual and as intuitive as possible.”
